Who we are

This website is operated by RiseForm. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean RiseForm. "You" means the person using this website or placing an order.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

Placing an order

Adding an item to your bag is not an order. Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we send you an order confirmation email. A contract exists between us at that point.

We may decline or cancel an order. Reasons include the item being out of stock, a pricing or description error on the site, a payment we cannot verify, or an order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

We limit orders to a maximum of 3 units per transaction. This is a fraud-prevention measure. If you need a larger quantity, email us and we will arrange it.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Prices can change, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.

We take payment at the point of order. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and, where you choose them, by Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or PayPal. We do not see or store your full card details.

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will contact you and offer the option to reorder at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, using the manufacturer's confirmed specification. Screen colours vary between devices, so the finish you receive may differ slightly in appearance from the photographs.

What we sell, and what we do not

RiseForm sells an empty, refillable container. We do not sell, supply, manufacture or repackage fragrance, and no fragrance is included with your order.

What you choose to put in the bracelet is your decision and your responsibility. Use only your own finished, retail-bought fragrance, follow that product's own safety information, and keep it away from children and from heat and flame, as you would the bottle it came from. Fragrance sits close to the skin while the bracelet is worn: if your skin is sensitive or you react to a particular scent, patch test first, exactly as you would with any perfume.

The bracelet holds and dispenses fragrance. It does not change how long a fragrance lasts on your skin, and nothing on this website should be read as a health claim or as medical advice.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our Refund and Returns Policy sits alongside those rights and does not replace them.

Reviews and content you submit

If you send us a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience of a product you actually bought. We publish reviews unedited and we will not publish anything we cannot verify. By submitting one, you give us permission to display it on this website alongside the first name, initial and town you provide.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, or for damage caused by a liquid you chose to put into the bracelet yourself.

Using this website

The content of this website, including text, photographs and design, belongs to RiseForm or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written consent.

We do not guarantee the website will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
